To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please send me a text at least 2 hours prior to your appointment and then cancel online. I request a text, as I cannot check emails and booking schedule while massaging or preforming Beauty Treatments on other clients. Thank you for your understanding. Cancellations made within two hours of appointment time and online payments will be held in credit for your next booking or refunded minus processing fees.
